I am really impressed with the Frederick Training Center! It’s clean and welcoming. All brand new equipment! The coaches are super encouraging and knowledgeable. Always ready to help you improve no matter your fitness level. The people here are friendly and supportive, making it feel like a real community. One of the things I LOVE about FTC is that the new owners were longtime members at Sarge, so they truly understand what makes this gym special. They know how important the community is to all of us, and it shows in the way they’re investing in upgrades while keeping that same supportive, motivating atmosphere we’ve always valued!
