The Frederick Training Center (FTC) was founded out of a shared commitment to providing a premier training facility for athletes in the region. When Sarge Athletics closed its operations, the community of dedicated athletes-particularly the adults who had trained at Sarge-rallied together to ensure that high-quality training opportunities remained available. Their passion and support led to the creation of FTC, a place where athletes of all ages and skill levels can continue to grow, train, and push their limits.

FTC is dedicated to fostering fitness and athletic development through expert coaching, high-quality training programs, and a supportive environment. Our goal is to empower athletes with the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to achieve success both on and off the field.

One of the things I LOVE about FTC is that the new owners were longtime members at Sarge, so they truly understand what makes this gym special.
