Frederick Training Center is excited to announce an exclusive winter partnership with FC Frederick! For the Winter 2027 season, teams playing in FC Frederick's Frederick Futsal League (FFL) can pair their league games with a block of training sessions on FTC's indoor turf, led by FTC's professional coaching staff. The FFL is a games-only league, and every season parents ask, "Can my child's team train too?" This winter, the answer is YES!
FFL Training at FTC — choose one of the following training formats:
1. FTC Team Training: FTC staff work alongside your team's coaches to build a training plan tailored to your FFL team. Your coaches stay involved, and FTC adds its expertise.
2. FTC Group Training: Not enough interest on your team to book its own block? Your players can still train at FTC alongside other FFL players! Sessions focus on technical work, quick touches, and the fast decisions futsal demands, plus FTC's signature Fusion Training (soccer-specific skill work paired with FABSS conditioning: Fitness, Agility, Balance, Strength & Speed).
Sessions: 7 total sessions (50 minutes each)
Cost: $200 per player (NOTE: Spaces are VERY limited and are expected to fill quickly!)

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT REGISTERING IN FITDEGREE: FTC uses fitDEGREE for all registrations (app store and website), and each person—parent or child—must have their own account with a unique email. When registering for a youth program, be sure to create the account using your child's name and birthdate, not your own, as many classes are age-restricted and the system will otherwise treat the registration as an adult enrollment. If you already have an adult fitDEGREE account, simply create a second account for your child using a different email. If you accidentally begin registering under your own name, tap the back arrow, return to the account creation screen, and re-enter the information using your child's details.
