Group Training

Our Adult Group Training sessions are designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health in a supportive community setting. Participants engage in a variety of exercises, including strength training, circuit training, HIIT, and functional movements, promoting overall fitness and well-being. These sessions foster camaraderie and accountability, motivating members to achieve their personal health goals.

Our Athlete Group Training focuses on developing fundamental movement skills, strength, and agility for Athletes under 18 years of age. We emphasize proper technique and injury prevention, ensuring a safe environment for skill development. These sessions aim to boost athletic performance and instill a lifelong appreciation for physical activity.

Short for Girls Only, FTC will also offer GO Group Training designed exclusively for girl Athletes. Studies show that girls often feel more confident and comfortable in all-female training environments, leading to greater engagement, improved skill acquisition, and stronger social connections.

Group+ Training

Combining the value of our Group Training program with additional individualized attention, each participant follows a personalized program, while sharing the session with others, fostering a sense of community and support.
