Carl is a dedicated performance coach with a strong background in health promotion, exercise science, and athletic performance. A graduate of Clarksburg High School (Class of 2016), Carl played football during his high school years before continuing his education at Shepherd University, where he earned a degree in Health Promotion & Exercise Science (2021).

Following graduation, Carl gained valuable experience working in a physical therapy office for two years, where he developed a deep understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and movement mechanics. His expertise in strength and conditioning, combined with his NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification, allows him to create science-based, results-driven training programs for athletes and general fitness clients alike.

With five years of experience in personal and group training, Carl specializes in functional strength, mobility, and athletic development, helping individuals improve performance, prevent injuries, and achieve their fitness goals. At Frederick Training Center, he applies his knowledge and hands-on experience to help clients build strength, endurance, and resilience—whether they are competitive athletes or looking to improve overall fitness.

Carl's passion for training stems from his own athletic background, and he is committed to helping others unlock their full potential through proper movement, structured training, and long-term development.
