Winter 2 Goalkeeping Series
Location: Frederick Training Center (10082 Tyler Ct., Ijamsville, MD 21754)
Program Description: Refine your skills between the posts with our 5-week intensive Goalkeeper Training Program, designed to boost confidence, technique, and decision-making in young goalkeepers. Led by experienced GK coaches, each session emphasizes proper handling, diving, positioning, footwork, and distribution—building a complete keeper ready for game-day challenges.
Duration: 5 weeks | 2 sessions per week on Thursday & Saturday | 10 total sessions

- Week 1: Thursday, January 8, 2026 & Saturday, January 10, 2026
- Week 2: Thursday, January 15, 2026 & Saturday, January 17, 2026
- Week 3: Thursday, January 22, 2026 & Saturday, January 24, 2026
- Week 4: Thursday, January 29, 2026 & Saturday, January 31, 2026
- Week 5: Thursday, February 5, 2026 & Saturday, February 7, 2026
